Old Mill Bread strives to serve high quality, all natural baked goods, as well as outstanding sandwiches, soups, and salads.
Each of our breads, muffins, cookies, scones, or cinnamon rolls is baked fresh from scratch each day. Our roster of more than 40 varieties of breads changes daily and all derive from the simplest ingredients: Flour, Honey, Water, Yeast, and Salt. Our breads are crafted by our master baker, who has more than 20 years experience baking in the Old Mill tradition. Old Mill Bread uses only the finest high protein wheat from the farms of Montana - sent directly to us and stone-ground into 100% all natural flour on our own stone mill right in our bakery.
"Where Good Taste Comes Naturally" means that all our great tasting breads are also 100% natural, preservative and additive free. Our bakers begin the baking process each day at 2am so that fresh, hot bread is coming out of the oven all morning long as customers come in to purchase their favorite loaf, or sometimes just to savor the great aromas of the bakery, and have a free slice from our always stocked bread board.
Old Mill Bread specializes in delicious, wholesome American hearth breads - made with stone ground flour, milled daily on site.
